    Maria Ferry Salon Etiquette


    Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to receive your full service. If you are running late, please call to alert us & we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.


    We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. However, we do request a minimum of 24-hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules.

    A credit card is required when booking with Maria Ferry Salon’s Booker software and, for your convenience, may be kept securely in your client profile for all future bookings and payment.

    All cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and all no-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total cost of the service. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you to the best of our ability given the time remaining. You will still be responsible for payment of the full cost of service(s) booked.

    Appointments may be canceled ONLY by calling our front desk team (617) 616-5550. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT OR EMAIL US.
